2. DELEGATES

Delegates are encouraged to stay at Eagleton resort where the symposium is held. This would save the travel time about 2 hours from city to the venue. The Eagleton resort is exotic place for stay and the tariffs are given below. The delegates whose entitlement falls within the tariff on single or sharing basis are advised to stay at Eagleton. Interested delegates may contact directly the Eagleton and book their accommodation. Delegates have to settle their bills for their stay and payable services, if any, at Eagleton during symposium.

Deluxe Room

Single occupancy – Rs 5800/- per night(More than entitlement of Govt. employees)
Double occupancy – Rs 6800/- per night (Rs 3400/- per person)
Triple occupancy – Rs 7800/- per night (Rs 2600/- per person)

Executive Room (Has two rooms – Drawing room* and Bedroom)

Single occupancy – Rs6800/- per night(More than entitlement of Govt. employees)
Double occupancy – Rs7800/- per night (Rs 3900/- per person)
Triple occupancy – Rs8800/- per night (Rs 2933/- per person)
*Quad occupancy – Rs9800/- per night (Rs 2450/- per person)

* The sofa cum bed in the drawing room can be converted into double bed.

Govt. Guest Houses

Apart from Eagleton, limited rooms in DRDO, ISRO and other guest houses have been booked to accommodate the Scientists/Officers whose entitlement may fall short of the Eagleton tariffs for accommodation.For further details, contact Chairman, LATS, SAROD-2011.

3. STUDENT DELEGATES

For students, 20 rooms on double occupancy basis have been blocked in DRDO NGO’s accommodationand will be given on first come first serve basis. The tariffs are Rs. 50/- per person per day.

Delegateswhowish to make their own arrangements for stay should look up for pick up points on the website (to be put,shortly) or else they should make own arrangement for theirconveyance to the venue during Symposium.
